Job Title: Purchase & Operations Executive

Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase & Operations Executive to manage vendor coordination, procurement processes, inventory tracking, and basic accounts reconciliation. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle end-to-end purchase operations efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Order ManagementPlan and place purchase orders based on inventory requirements and production schedules
- Ensure timely procurement of materials while maintaining cost efficiency
- Track order status and ensure on-time delivery
- Vendor ManagementIdentify and onboard new vendors
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Regular vendor follow-ups for pending orders
- Inventory & LogisticsMaintain accurate records of inward and outward goods
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for smooth material flow
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking
- Reconciliation & Accounts CoordinationPerform purchase and payment reconciliation with vendors
- Track invoices, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and discrepancies
- Coordinate with accounts team for timely payments
- Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records
- Data Management & ReportingMaintain purchase records, vendor databases, and inventory reports
- Generate periodic reports on procurement, stock levels, and vendor performance
- Key Skills RequiredStrong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good understanding of procurement processes and inventory management
- Basic knowledge of accounts and reconciliation
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing / kitchenware / FMCG industry is a plus
