Job Profile :- Accounts Executive
No. of Position :- 3
Location :- Churchgate
Experience :- 6 month to 1 year experience in a CA firm or Accounting Firm (Fresher may apply)
Qualification :- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance)
Tally / Accounting certification (preferred)
Job Summary
Accounts Assistant with one year of experience in a Chartered Accountant firm, responsible for maintaining client accounts, assisting in statutory compliances, GST and Income-tax filings, and supporting audit and assessment work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintaining books of accounts for multiple clients
- Recording transactions in Tally / accounting software
- Preparation of ledger accounts, trial balance, P&L and balance sheet
- Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
- Handling cash, bank, purchase and sales entries
2. GST Compliance
- Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)
- GST reconciliation with books of accounts
- Follow-up with clients for data and documents
- Assisting in replies to GST notices (basic level)
3. Income Tax & TDS
- Assisting in preparation and filing of Income-tax Returns (ITR-1 to ITR-4)
- Computation of taxable income for individuals, firms and small businesses
- TDS calculation, challans and filing of TDS returns
- Generation of Form 16 / 16A
Requirement :-
- Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel
- Basic understanding of GST, Income-tax and TDS provisions
