ACCOUNTS

Record day-to-day accounting transactions.

Manage Accounts Receivable (Customer Collections).

Manage Accounts Payable (Vendor Payments).

Prepare and reconcile bank statements.

Process invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

Maintain accurate books of accounts.

Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.

Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.

Verify employee reimbursements and petty cash.

Ensure timely payment of statutory dues.

MIS & Reporting

Prepare Daily Sales MIS.

Prepare Weekly and Monthly Business MIS.

Generate profitability reports by product, channel, and customer.

Track collections, outstanding receivables, and ageing reports.

Monitor inventory movement and stock reconciliation.

Prepare purchase and sales analysis reports.

Create dashboards for management using Excel.

Analyse business performance and highlight key trends.

Support budgeting and forecasting exercises.

Data & Process Management

Maintain accurate master data across systems.

Improve reporting formats and automate repetitive reports.

Ensure data accuracy across ERP, accounting software, and Excel reports.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Ecommerce teams for data collection.
