Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and accounting documents.
• Handle bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing activities.
• Generate MIS reports and support financial analysis.
• Design, maintain, and automate incentive calculation sheets using Advanced Excel formulas.
• Develop and manage Excel trackers, dashboards, and reports for business teams.
• Ensure accuracy in payroll-related calculations and incentive payouts.
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data collection and reporting.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles & Finance Operations
• Excellent command of Advanced Microsoft Excel

Expertise in Excel formulas such as:

• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• INDEX + MATCH
• IF / IFS
• SUMIF / SUMIFS
• COUNTIF / COUNTIFS
• Pivot Tables
• Conditional Formatting
• Data Validation
• Power Query (preferred)
• Excel Dashboard Creation

Experience in incentive and commission calculation models is mandatory.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and reporting abilities.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance preferred)

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in handling large datasets, preparing incentive structures, and automating Excel-based financial reports.
