Job Title: Accounts Executive


Location: DN Nagar, Andheri (West)

Salary: 20,000 - 30,000

Experience: 1-2 years

Working Days: Mon - Sat


Role Overview

Looking for an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day household and basic business accounting, including expense tracking, record-keeping, and payments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily accounts (income, expenses, petty cash)
  • Track and record transactions
  • Assist with monthly expense summaries
  • Ensure timely bill and vendor payments
  • Maintain invoices, receipts, and basic records
  • Support basic banking tasks (online payments, reconciliation


Requirements

  • 1-2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Tally (or similar tools)
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Basic communication skills


Good to Have

  • Exposure to household or small business accounts
  • Familiarity with online payments
