Job Description
Location – Goregaon, Mumbai.
Roles & Responsibility –
Position Details – Accounts Executive
- Manage sales accounting activities, including recording sales transactions, reconciling sales data, and ensuring accurate accounting entries in the system.
- Verify and book expense-related transactions, maintain supporting documentation, and ensure proper ledger accounting and financial record management.
- Handle TDS deductions, maintain compliance records, prepare reconciliations, and ensure timely filing of TDS returns as per statutory requirements.
- Generate and manage e-invoices in compliance with GST regulations while ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices.
- Monitor inventory records, perform stock reconciliations, and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, auditors, and consultants to support smooth financial operations.
Please Note –
- Office Timing – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Working Days – Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
