Account Executive
Location: Masjid Bander, Mumbai
Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities
● Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
● Handle Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal, Contra entries
● Prepare and maintain Ledgers, Cash Book, Bank Book
● Perform Bank Reconciliation and vendor/customer reconciliation
● Assist in preparing GST workings, TDS calculations, and monthly returns
● Manage petty cash, expense entries, and payment follow-ups
● Assist in invoice creation, billing, and documentation
● Maintain proper filing of all financial documents
● Coordinate with internal departments for account-related information
● Support the senior accountant in monthly closing and audits
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 1 to 3 years of experience as Account Assistant / Tally Executive
● Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
● Good understanding of Accounting Principles
● Experience with GST, TDS, and reconciliation
● Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
● Good communication and data management skills
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
