Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage branch accounting, asset inventory, expenses, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent record-keeping skills, and the ability to coordinate with the Head Office to ensure smooth branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch accounting, cash, bank transactions, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of branch assets, inventory, and stock movements.
- Perform inventory verification and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Process branch expenses, petty cash, and maintain supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper branch records.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for accounting, inventory, and operational activities.
- Support audits, documentation, and administrative functions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for accounts, inventory, expenses, and asset movements.
