Job Description

Responsibilities:

Admissions & Sales Support

  • Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, forms)
  • Counsel parents about programs
  • Schedule demos and convert enquiries into admissions
  • Maintain follow-up pipeline

Operations

  • Manage student records, batches, and attendance
  • Coordinate between students, parents, and trainers
  • Ensure smooth execution of sessions

Growth Support

  • Assist in posting content and updates on social media
  • Handle basic engagement (comments, DMs, replies)
  • Requirements:Strong communication (Hindi + English required)
  • Comfortable with calls and WhatsApp conversations
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / tools
  • Organized and proactive
  • Interest in education/STEM is a bonus

Ideal Candidate:

  • Not shy of calling parents
  • Structured + disciplined
  • Can take ownership (not just follow instructions)
