Job Description
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Location: Malad West
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle vendor invoice processing and billing activities.
- Manage AMC renewals for services such as AC maintenance, fire extinguishers, pest control, etc.
- Coordinate with premises/facility teams for:
- Car parking management
- Housekeeping coordination
- Stationery management
- Pantry management including soft drinks and refreshments
- Arrange hotel bookings and flight bookings for guests and employees.
- Prepare and manage gate passes and visitor coordination.
- Maintain administrative records and support day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely service delivery.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of admin and facility operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Eligibility:
Experience: 1 to 5 years in Administration / Facility Management role.
