Job Title: Admin Manager (BPO)

Location: Malad, Mumbai


Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager with a strong background in BPO Administration to oversee and manage all administrative operations at our Malad office.


Key Responsibilities:


* Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the BPO facility.

* Handle vendor management, facility management, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.

* Ensure smooth office operations and adherence to company policies.

* Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.

* Manage office budgets, procurement, and inventory control.

* Oversee travel arrangements, transportation, and employee support services.

* Ensure compliance with statutory, health, safety, and workplace regulations.

* Handle office infrastructure, seating arrangements, and space management.

* Liaise with external agencies, service providers, and local authorities as required.

* Prepare administrative reports and MIS for management review.


Candidate Requirements:


* Mandatory: Prior experience as an Admin Manager in a BPO/Call Center environment.

* Strong knowledge of facility and vendor management.

* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.


Experience:


* 2 +years of relevant administration experience, preferably in a BPO setup.
