Location: Kandivali Skill Centre, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM-5:00 PM

About the Role

Represent Apna at the AI Interview Preparation Centre and help students become interview-ready

using AI. This is a people-facing role involving candidate engagement, classroom outreach,

employer demonstrations and daily centre operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students through AI Interview Preparation.

• Conduct classroom awareness sessions and encourage participation.

• Assist with registration, profile creation and interview completion.

• Explain AI feedback reports and encourage repeat practice.

• Coordinate with trainers, administration and the Centre Head.

• Demonstrate the solution to visiting employers.

• Perform daily kiosk readiness checks and report issues.

• Maintain daily activity reports.

Success Measures

• Support 50+ candidate interactions daily.

• Drive classroom participation and Friday job fair engagement.

• Maintain kiosk readiness and accurate reporting.

• Build strong relationships with centre stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

Energetic, confident and comfortable interacting with students and employers. Experience in retail

demonstrations, field sales, campus engagement, hospitality, education counselling or customer

service is preferred. Basic computer skills and strong communication are essential.
