Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹6,000 to ₹10,000 per month (depending on skills)
• Incentive: Up to ₹4,000 per month based on performance
• Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹14,000 per month

Job Overview

ASPSnippets Pvt Ltd is looking for a disciplined technical developer to create code samples for aspsnippets.com. You will build practical web development examples and publish high-quality technical articles. This is a strict Work-from-Office role, and all selection rounds must be completed in person at our office.

Work Culture & Rules

• Strict Attendance: On-time office login at 10:00 AM is mandatory. Late attendance is not permitted.
• Work-Life Balance: Fixed log-off at 07:30 PM. Absolutely no overtime required.
• No Remote Work: Candidates must report to the office daily. No work-from-home options are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Samples: Build working code examples using ASP.NET, C#, VB.Net, SQL Server, and JavaScript.
• Write Articles: Explain code logic clearly in step-by-step tutorial articles.
• Publish Content: Post completed tutorials directly to the website platform.
• Troubleshoot Code: Ensure all downloadable sample projects run without errors.

Technical Skills Required

• Basic to strong knowledge of ASP.NET (WebForms / MVC / Core).
• Understanding of C#, VB.Net, and SQL Server databases.
• Knowledge of front-end basics like HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
• Ability to write clear, easy-to-understand English technical documentation.

4-Step In-Office Selection Process

Candidates must physically visit our Malad office to complete all selection rounds.

1. Round 1 - AI-Based Technical Interview: On-site automated screening of technical knowledge.
2. Round 2 - Technical Programming Test: Practical coding task on an office system using one of the following combinations:

• ASP.Net Web Forms + SQL Server
• ASP.Net MVC + SQL Server
• ASP.Net Core + SQL Server

1. Round 3 - Human Face-to-Face Technical Interview: In-person interaction with the technical team to evaluate code quality and logical thinking.
2. Round 4 - HR Round: Final interview regarding office commute, shift compliance, and salary validation.
