Ltd. is a premium architectural lighting company specializing in high-quality LED lighting solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and outdoor projects. We work closely with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, contractors, and real estate developers to deliver innovative lighting solutions across India.
We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to strengthen our Mumbai operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities in Mumbai and nearby regions.
- Develop relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Lighting Consultants, Builders, Developers, Electrical Contractors, and Channel Partners.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
- Identify upcoming projects and convert enquiries into orders.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with key clients.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Project Sales
- Manage project sales from enquiry to execution.
- Coordinate with design and technical teams for project requirements.
- Ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Market Development
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Expand dealer and distributor network where required.
Reporting
- Submit Daily Sales Reports.
- Maintain CRM updates.
- Prepare weekly pipeline reports.
- Share monthly sales forecasts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate, BBA, MBA (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Sales / Architectural Lighting / Electrical / Building Materials / Interior Products/ Luxury Furniture/ Italian Marble/ Premium Modular Kitchens.
- Experience dealing with Architects and Interior Designers is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Open to Outstation travel.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
