Automotive Service Advisor

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Perform vehicle walk-around inspections and document customer concerns.
• Prepare accurate Job Cards and estimate repair costs.
• Explain service recommendations, repair processes, and timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Keep customers informed about repair progress and obtain approvals for additional work.
• Deliver vehicles after explaining the work carried out and the final invoice.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and achieve CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets.
• Promote value-added services, accessories, AMC packages, and extended warranties.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate service records in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Ensure adherence to dealership processes, SOPs, and manufacturer guidelines.

Experience with passenger vehicle dealerships (Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Toyota, MG, Volkswagen, Skoda, etc.).
