Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Coordinator who can handle administrative operations, student placement coordination, franchise and affiliate partner communication, and social media updates. The candidate should be proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Placement Coordination
- Coordinate with companies for student placement opportunities.
- Maintain placement records and follow up with recruiters.
- Assist students with interview scheduling and placement support.
- Franchise Partner Coordination
- Schedule and manage meetings with franchise partners.
- Provide operational support and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain franchise partner reports and documentation.
- Affiliate Partner Management
- Coordinate with affiliate partners regarding leads and enrollments.
- Track affiliate performance and maintain proper records.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and support meetings.
- Social Media Management
- Update company social media platforms regularly.
- Post updates related to courses, training programs, and company activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for content updates.
- Administrative & Back Office Work
- Maintain student data, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate internal meetings and maintain records.
- Support management with operational and administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
- Basic understanding of Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business).
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
- Graduate or Diploma holder (Any Stream).
- Experience in the administration/coordination/education industry will be an advantage.
Experience:
- 0 – 3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Salary:
- As per experience and interview performance.
Job Timing:
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
