Back Office Executive

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support our Sales Team in the planning and execution of advertising campaigns. The role involves preparing quotations and presentations, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with day-to-day campaign operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are organized, eager to learn, and interested in the advertising and media industry.

Key Responsibility:

·       Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Team by preparing client quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documentation.

·       Coordinate effectively with vendors and media partners to ensure timely execution of requirements and seamless communication between all stakeholders.

·       Maintain knowledge of various advertising media and marketing channels, including both traditional and digital platforms, to support campaign planning and client requirements.

·      Assist the Sales Team in planning, managing, and executing advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and adherence to client objectives.
