Job Summary:

Anil Metal Corporation is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily business operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing documentation, managing data in Excel, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Freshers with good computer knowledge and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

🤝 Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth operations

📦 Track customer orders, dispatch status, and stock availability

📧 Handle email communication and prepare internal reports

🗂️ Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records

🔍 Verify and update information to ensure data accuracy

📈 Assist management with administrative and back-office tasks

✅ Ensure timely completion of assigned operational activities

💰 Salary:
