Back Office / Sales Coordinator


Mextech is a leading company in India’s Test & Measuring Instruments space. We are hiring a Back office Coordinator to help manage our operations across our Mumbai offices. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity ideal for someone looking to grow in a stable and rewarding sales career.

Working Hours: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm | Mon - Sat

Key Responsibilities

• Manage back office operations with a focus on sales coordination and administration.

• Prepare Excel reports, quotations & emails for clients.

• Coordinate operations with team members, such as order processing, dispatch, and customer support.

• Handle basic calls and maintain documentation of customer data.

• Assist senior managers with ad hoc back office work.


Who We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in office administration / accounts / sales / business development

• Highly adept with Microsoft Office suite and laptop working

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly motivated, organised, and reliable

• Knowledge of Tally Prime is a plus
