Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated full-time Morning Baker for our upcoming cloud bakery.
Shift timings will be 5 AM to 2 PM, 6 days / week.
This role is responsible for:
- Helping with daily pastry production
- Ensuring quality control across all menu SKUs
- Maintaining yield accuracy and cost discipline
- Adhering to SOPs.
- Maintaining professional and personal hygiene.
What we're looking for:
- Degree / diploma in hotel management preferred.
- Basic bread and pastry understanding
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Portioning and finishing consistency
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene
