Job Description
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items as per company standards.
Handle customer orders, billing, and daily cash transactions.
Interact professionally with walk-in customers and resolve basic customer concerns.
Manage online food delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato orders.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the store.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate for inventory replenishment.
Ensure proper display and storage of products.
Support daily opening and closing store activities.
Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain records of sales, stock, and customer feedback.
Follow company SOPs, safety, and service standards.
