Job Description

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes

Take customer orders accurately and handle billing/POS transactions

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace, equipment, and seating area

Ensure proper storage of ingredients and monitor stock levels

Provide recommendations to customers based on preferences

Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally

Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Assist in opening and closing duties





  • Additional Barista Skills🎯 Technical / Coffee SkillsEspresso extraction and milk texturing
  • Latte art (basic to advanced)
  • Knowledge of different coffee beans & roast profiles
  • Brewing methods (French press, pour-over, AeroPress, cold brew)
  • Grinder calibration and machine handling
  • Beverage customization (flavors, alternatives like oat/soy milk)
