Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages like espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold drinks
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment
- Take customer orders and handle billing (POS system)
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and seating area
- Ensure quality and consistency of drinks
- Recommend menu items and upsell products
- Restock supplies (coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.)
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
