Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a love for coffee, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming café experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) with consistency and quality
- Operate coffee machines and other café equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and seating area
- Take customer orders accurately and handle billing if required
- Provide excellent customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Assist in stock management and report shortages
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café (preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
