Barista

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. As a Junior Barista, you will assist in preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming experience for customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, workstations, and seating areas.
• Replenish supplies and assist with inventory management.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Support senior baristas and team members during busy periods.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn coffee preparation techniques and café operations.
