A. Sr. Accounts Manager -

Required skills -

1. GST Monthly and Annual Return Filling

2. TDS Monthly Payment and Quarterly Return Filling

3. ROC - DPT 3 / DIR-KYC / AOC4 / MGT 7/ Form 8 and Fom 11

4. Zoho Accounting

5. Finalisation of Accounts

6. Income Tax Return Filling

7. Tax Audit and Statutory Audit

B. Jr. Accounts -

Required Skills -

Same as above but on Basic level will be accepted.

C. Freshers -

Required Skills :

1. Basic accounts and accurate journal entries

2. Basic tax knowledge

3. Operate computer and tally

These are criterias but not fixed that candidates should know everything.
