We are hiring for Business Development Manager Life Insurance, Health Insurance & Fixed Deposit with NBFC
BDM / Sr. BDM– Job Description - Agenc/IFA channel
Position Title: Business Development manager – Life Insurance & Financial Services
Reports To: Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
o Drive assigned targets by developing quality BA’s(Advisors)
o Monitor performance and ensure achievement of premium and persistency targets.
o Own and deliver location-specific KPIs including market share, productivity, and activation.
• Team Management
o Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Business Associates.
o Build a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability and skill development of the Business associates
o Keep driving performance culture through regular interactions and providing market and product updates
o Set goals, review performance of BA’s
• Channel Development
o Build and strengthen multi-channel distribution model through direct sales and Agency model
o Manage key partner relationships and drive joint business planning with channel heads.
• Agency Channel Development
o Expand agency base by recruiting high-quality advisors and leaders (APs/ADMs).
o Drive agency leader productivity through regular engagement, mentoring, and rewards.
o Promote a performance-based culture with strong career progression.
• Compliance & Process Adherence
o Ensure adherence to regulatory, operational, and company policies.
o Conduct regular audits, reviews, and ensure field governance.
• Market Intelligence
o Gather and analyze competitive insights and market trends to drive regional strategies.
o Recommend product/market fit improvements and promotional strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate/Postgraduate with 1 to 4 years of sales experience in insurance (Life/General/Health), Pharma, telecom, FMCG (Who are in channel sales)
