💼 *Role Overview:*
As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, understanding client needs, and recommending the right skincare and beauty solutions while representing premium brands.
🎯 *Key Requirements:*
* *Gender:* Female
* *Experience:* 3–5 years in skincare/beauty retail (premium brand experience preferred)
* *Salary:* ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 (in-hand, negotiable based on experience)
* *Languages:* Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the respective local language
* *Skills:*
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer-centric approach with a passion for beauty
* Ability to understand skin types, concerns, and recommend suitable products
* Knowledge of premium beauty brands and trends
