Bicycle Rental Attendant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-friendly Bicycle Rental Associate to manage the day-to-day operations of our bicycle rental service during morning and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect bicycles before and after each rental to ensure they are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
• Assist customers with bicycle rentals and explain basic usage and safety guidelines.
• Issue bicycles to customers and record rental details.
• Collect rental payments and maintain accurate payment records.
• Receive bicycles after use, inspect them for any damage, and return them to their designated storage area.
• Report any maintenance or repair requirements to the supervisor.
• Keep the rental area organized, clean, and ready for daily operations.
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service at all times.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of bicycles and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to handle cash and maintain simple records.
• Physically fit to move and arrange bicycles as needed.

Shift Timings:

Morning and Evening shifts (timings to be discussed during the interview).
