Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Account Executive to manage patient billing, insurance coordination, and accounts receivable in a hospital setting. The role requires accuracy, knowledge of healthcare billing processes, and strong coordination with patients, insurance providers, and internal departments.

  • Patient Billing Prepare bills for OPD (outpatients) and IPD (inpatients)
  • Manage insurance and cashless cases
  • Submit documents and follow up for approvals
  • Collect payments (cash, card, UPI, online) Issue receipts to patients
  • Maintain daily cash records
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, BSC, CA, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or similar role
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and billing procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting
  • Experience of working in Billing hospital
  • Must have 70%
