Job Summary

Nitesh Pharma is looking for a sincere, responsible, and detail-oriented Billing & Accounts Executive to join our pharmaceutical distribution business. Candidates with prior experience using MEDICA Software will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare purchase and sales invoices using MEDICA Software.

* Handle day-to-day billing operations accurately.

* Record customer payments, receipts, and general accounting entries.

* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.

* Perform bill calculations and verify invoice accuracy.

* Maintain stock entries and inventory records.

* Supervise loading and unloading of medicines.

* Ensure proper racking and organized storage of medicines.

* Monitor medicine expiry dates and manage expiry stock efficiently.

* Assist with stock verification and inventory reconciliation.

* Make daily outbound calls to customers to collect orders and maintain customer relationships.

* Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and delivery teams for smooth business operations.

* Maintain all office records and documentation accurately.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a pharmaceutical distribution or wholesale medicine business.

* Hands-on experience with MEDICA Software (preferred).

* Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory management.

* Familiarity with GST billing and invoice preparation.

* Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
