Job Description
1. Generating Invoice, Bills and passing System Entry as per the time scheduled.
2. To send invoices and account updates to clients.
3. Keep an accurate record of client accounts and outstanding balances.
4. Issue receipts for received payments.
5. Scanning of Bills received and maintaining all Bills in place.
6. To check bills as per the Company Rate Card
7. To resolve client queries if any
8. Generating MIS reports
9. Emails drafting

Basic Computer knowledge
Knowledge of Advance Excel is and added advantage.
