## Job Description

Versetra Corporate Services is looking for a detail-oriented **Billing Executive** to join our team in Goregaon East. The ideal candidate should have experience in billing, invoicing, and reconciliation, preferably in the transport, logistics, or car rental industry.

### Key Responsibilities

* Generate accurate rental invoices based on daily operational logs, mileage, fuel charges, tolls, and FASTag usage.

* Reconcile rental contracts with system records, including booking dates, vehicle categories, discounts, and billing details.

* Manage billing for corporate clients and travel agencies while ensuring compliance with agreed billing cycles and GST requirements.

* Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes, invoice discrepancies, and additional charge queries.

* Prepare and maintain MIS reports, fleet revenue records, and unbilled/billed trip data.

* Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure timely and error-free billing.

### Eligibility

* Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field preferred.

* 1–3+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance.

* Experience in transport, logistics, fleet management, or car rental industry will be an added advantage.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

* Familiarity with **Indecab software** is preferred.

* Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work accurately under deadlines.
