Job Location: Malad W Mumbai

Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain services/products, follow up with leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, convincing power, and the ability to convert leads into customers.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
• Convince customers and generate sales/leads
• Follow up with interested leads and existing customers
• Maintain customer database and call records
• Resolve basic customer queries and complaints
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers
• Positive attitude and customer handling skills
• Experienced candidates can apply ONLY

Preferred Skills:

• Telecalling or customer service experience
• Strong listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills

Salary: Based on experience

Working Hours: Full-time day shift
