Job Description
Position: Business Development Associate (BDA) – Calling
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 0-2 Years
Industry: BPO / Telecalling / Recruitment / Sales
- Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential candidates/customers.
- Explain company services and job opportunities clearly.
- Generate leads and schedule interested candidates.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain records.
- Handle candidate queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
- Update calling status in sheets/CRM.
- Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
- Confidence in speaking over calls.
- Experience in telecalling/BPO/sales is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
