You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new healthcare partners—including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers—and nurturing long-term relationships to drive patient loan referrals and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities ● Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and partners to generate leads ● Guide fundraisers in creating compelling campaign pages, including storytelling, documentation, and structuring ● Drive campaign success by advising on outreach strategies across social media, WhatsApp, and email ● Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer success) to optimize campaign performance ● Track and manage daily funnel metrics: leads, conversions, funds raised, and campaign success rate ● Provide continuous support to fundraisers to maximize visibility and donations ● Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity in the crowdfunding space Key Requirements ● 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Customer Success / Partnerships ● Prior experience in startups, healthcare, fintech, or social impact domains is preferred ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy ● Ability to handle sensitive conversations with patients and families ● Highly result-oriented with a strong ownership mindset ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment ● Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools is a plus What We’re Looking For ● Hustle-driven individuals who can take ownership end-to-end ● Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills ● Ability to balance emotional intelligence with business outcomes ● Someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment Why Join Us ● Opportunity to create real social impact at scale ● Fast-paced startup environment with high ownership ● Exposure to healthcare, fundraising, and digital growth strategies ● High learning curve with cross-functional collaboration
