Job Description
Urban Company is looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to expand its partner network for InstaHelp services. This is a field-intensive role that involves visiting chawls and residential clusters across Mumbai to identify, engage, and onboard domestic help professionals (maids) onto the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits in assigned areas
- Identify and approach potential service partners (maids/domestic helpers)
- Explain Urban Company’s InstaHelp platform, benefits, and earning opportunities
- Onboard partners by assisting with registration, documentation, and app setup
- Build trust and maintain relationships with local communities and partners
- Meet daily/weekly onboarding targets
- Collect market insights and competitor information from the field
- Ensure quality and compliance standards during onboarding
