Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to drive sales growth through direct engagement with schools and colleges. This is a 100% field based role involving institutional visits, relationship building, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales mindset are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field visits to schools and colleges for business development activities
  • Promote and sell company products/services to educational institutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school/college management, principals, and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on courses, competitors, and industry trends
  • Generate new leads and convert them into successful sales closures
  • Support and manage admissions and academic coordination with institutions
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, or campus visits when required
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Handled high-volume daily leads while maintaining personalized engagement to drive consistent conversions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Established and nurtured B2B partnerships with schools, coaching centers, and career counseling institutes while directly engaging with students and parents to drive enrollment and expand market presence.
