Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pitching & Artist Promotion
• Pitch acting class students and registered artists to casting directors, agencies, and production houses
• Share profiles, audition videos, reels, and portfolios as per project requirements
• Build strong relationships with casting directors and creative teams
2. Audition Management
• Coordinate and schedule auditions (online & offline)
• Brief students/artists about audition requirements, scripts, and looks
• Ensure smooth audition flow and timely follow-ups
• Maintain audition records and feedback
