Job Description
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales by engaging with customers and generating interest in our products. This position supports our business operations by ensuring effective communication and follow-up with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Call new and existing customers to explain our products, including mattresses and pillows.
- Generate interest and book visits for product demonstrations.
- Follow up with interested customers and provide product details via WhatsApp.
- Close sales or encourage store visits for further engagement.
- Update the CRM system after each call, marking leads as hot, warm, or cold.
- Share daily calling reports to track progress and performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Minimum educational qualification is 12th grade.
Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and familiar with CRM systems.
Other Skills: Strong speaking skills in Hindi with basic English, confident on calls, convincing ability, good listening skills, and a positive, energetic attitude.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
