Business Development Executive

About Job Role :

• As a Business Development Executive, you will handle all Used Car Dealers in a given area and ask them to take part in car auctions and convince them to give a higher bid. 
• Contact dealers and encourage them to participate in CARS24's car auctions.
• Motivate dealers to place competitive bids during auctions.
• Ensure your assigned dealers remain active and continue doing business through the CARS24 platform.
• Increase dealer transactions month after month.
• Regularly follow up with dealers to maintain strong business relationships.
• Achieve monthly performance targets.
• Maintain records of dealer interactions and transactions. 

Training

• You will receive 7–15 days of training before starting your role.
• The training includes classroom sessions as well as practical, on-the-job learning.
• We will provide you with the knowledge and support needed to succeed in your role. 

Who Can Apply?

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Any Graduate) is eligible to apply. 
• Have good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Are confident in speaking with dealers and negotiating effectively.
• Can convince and influence dealers to participate in auctions.
• Are comfortable working in a target-based environment.
• Are disciplined, proactive, and willing to regularly follow up with dealers.
• Are eager to learn and grow.
