Job Description
LabEasy® India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for field sales and business development. The candidate will visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and diagnostic centers to promote LabEasy® services and build strong business partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, labs, and diagnostic centers as per assigned area.
- Promote LabEasy® services, including Allergy & Food Intolerance Testing, Routine Tests, and Health Checkup Packages.
- Build and maintain good relationships with doctors and healthcare partners.
- Follow up with potential and existing partners for business opportunities.
- Explain service benefits, pricing, sample collection process, and report timelines.
- Update visit details, client remarks, and follow-up status in CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding, sample collection, and service support.
- Submit daily visit and follow-up updates to management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and healthcare partner meetings.
- Basic mobile/CRM knowledge.
- Polite, professional, and punctual.
- Healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, pathology, or medical sales experience will be preferred.
