Job Description
Immediate vacancies for Business Development Executives at HABITAT REALTY (Habitat Group). This is for various zones in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane. This role involves acquiring tie ups and listings of Real Estate projects in your designated zone/territory. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹28,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify projects and do daily route mapping for project visits.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the process.
- Prepare & submit daily, weekly and monthly reports as needed.
Job Requirements:
Preferred experience of 1 - 2 years. Must have a BIKE and smartphone. Strong communication skills, and ability to close deals are important for this profile.
