Job Description
Business Development Executive (Female)
Radice Rinnova is hiring a Business Development Executive to handle client inquiries, generate appointments, and drive sales for our premium hair patch and hair replacement services. The role is office-based and requires strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Make 80–120 outbound calls daily.
Follow up with leads and inquiries.
Schedule consultations and appointments.
Convert leads into confirmed clients.
Maintain client records and coordinate with the team.
Requirements
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer handling preferred.
Fluent English and hindi
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Female candidates preferred.
