About Us
ABLES Education is an education technology company headquartered in Kota, Rajasthan. We have developed Rescore.ai, a Computer-Based Test (CBT) platform designed specifically for IIT-JEE and NEET aspirants. Our platform enables coaching institutes and schools to conduct high-quality online assessments, improve student performance, and enhance learning outcomes.
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Field Sales Executives with prior experience in the EdTech industry. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new coaching institutes and schools by demonstrating Rescore.ai, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and converting prospects into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify IIT-JEE and NEET coaching institutes and schools. Conduct daily field visits to coaching institutes and educational institutions. Meet directors, owners, principals, and key decision-makers. Deliver product demonstrations using your laptop and explain the benefits and value proposition of Rescore.ai. Handle customer objections, negotiate commercial discussions, and maintain regular follow-ups until deal closure. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets, update the CRM with daily visit reports and sales activities, and coordinate with the Operations team for smooth onboarding after closure. Ensure all customer payments are processed through official company channels.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 to 5 years of field sales experience in EdTech, with experience selling to coaching institutes or schools preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Comfortable with extensive local travel. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence and a laptop for product demonstrations.
Preferred Background
Candidates with prior experience at leading EdTech companies will be given strong preference. These include PhysicsWallah (PW), Teachmint, Extramarks, LEAD School, Classplus, Vedantu, BYJU'S, Allen Digital, Aakash Digital, Infinity Learn, Adda247, Testbook, Unacademy, Next Education, Eupheus Learning, and Embibe.
Performance KPIs
Monthly institute visits, product demonstrations conducted, new customer acquisitions, student enrollments, revenue generated, CRM reporting compliance, and conversion ratio.
Compensation
Fixed salary as per experience, plus attractive performance incentives paid on every successful student enrollment. Travel reimbursement is provided as per company policy.
Location: Field-based role in Mumbai (Central and Harbour Zone)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with Sunday as the weekly off.
