Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive membership sales, personal training conversions, corporate tie-ups, and strategic partnerships for Body Sculptor Personal traing Fitness Studio. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills with a passion for fitness and client service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Generate new leads through referrals, networking, events, and digital inquiries.
- Convert walk-ins, inquiries, and trial sessions into memberships and personal training packages.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Upsell existing members to premium services, nutrition programs, and personal training packages.
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow-up pipelines.
Business Development:
- Develop partnerships with corporate companies, residential societies, hotels, and wellness organizations.
- Organize fitness drives, health camps, and promotional events to generate leads.
- Build relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and wellness professionals for referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies.
