We are a fast-growing recruitment consulting firm specializing in talent acquisition solutions across multiple industries. We help organizations hire top talent through permanent staffing, executive search, and recruitment process solutions.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth for our recruitment consulting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, understanding hiring requirements, and coordinating with the recruitment team to ensure successful closures.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services
  • Generate business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and references
  • Schedule meetings with HR managers, hiring managers, and decision-makers
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for timely delivery of candidates
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Prepare proposals, agreements, and commercial negotiations
  • Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of recruitment/staffing industry preferred
  • Lead generation and client acquisition experience
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or staffing industry
  • Experience in B2B sales
