Job Description
Primary duties
- Customer service: Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and handling transactions.
- Beverage preparation: Creating various drinks, such as espresso, lattes, and specialty coffees, following recipes and quality standards.
- Equipment operation: Using and maintaining coffee-making machines, grinders, and other equipment.
- Food preparation: Preparing and serving food items like pastries, sandwiches, or soups, as required by the establishment.
- Cleaning and stocking: Maintaining a clean work area, cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and ensuring the cafe is welcoming and sanitary.
