Job Title: Shop Helper – Cake Shop

Job Summary:

The Shop Helper supports daily operations in the cake shop by assisting customers, handling cake display and packaging, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth store functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and basic inquiries.
• Support in cake packing, labeling, and order handover.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop, display counters, and work area.
• Arrange and restock cakes, pastries, and other bakery items.
• Assist bakers or staff with basic preparation tasks when required.
• Handle billing support and manage simple cash transactions if needed.
• Ensure proper storage of items as per guidelines.
• Help in managing inventory and informing staff about low stock.
• Support during busy hours, special orders, and festive seasons.
