Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and customer-focused Café Staff to support daily café operations. The role involves preparing food and beverages, packing orders, maintaining hygiene standards, managing inventory, and ensuring timely order dispatch while delivering an excellent customer experience. • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare food and beverages as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Pack customer orders accurately and ensure quality before dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, workstations, and storage areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Receive and store raw materials using FIFO guidelines.
• Assist with inventory counts and waste control.

• Support smooth order fulfilment during peak hours.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational targets.
